We currently deliver in Amman only. Other governorates or international shipping is available upon request; please contact us for details.

Delivery Timeframe

• Amman: Orders placed before 9:00 PM are usually delivered within the same day.
• Other cities in Jordan: Delivery is typically completed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.
• Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain value (subject to promotions).

Delivery Method

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery status. Or it can be tracked by contacting us by the number below.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery at the address you provided. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will contact you to arrange a second attempt or pickup from their nearest office, the customer will be responsible for any extra charges due to the second attempt 

Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or customs clearance for international shipments.
